Here’s how it works
- Select a gift voucher which you would like to purchase.
- Add the voucher to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout as you would with any other purchase.
- Complete payment as normal.
- Once you have completed payment we will email the gift voucher to your selected recipient.

Terms and conditions
- You need to be a registered customer in order to send someone a gift voucher. If you aren’t a registered customer, please click here and complete our quick and easy registration process.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue. Any gift vouchers which are not redeemed within this period will automatically expire.
- Gift vouchers may only be redeemed once.
- Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or used to pay any customer accounts.
- Gift vouchers may not be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
- Gift vouchers can be used as full or part payment of any of our products online at www.kr.co.za
- Gift vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
- No refunds will be given on any gift vouchers purchased.
- No change or refunds will be given where the sales transaction is for an amount less than the value of the voucher.
